4 Things I Am Excited About

Hey, everyone!  Thanks for stopping by and checking this out.  Below are four things I really want to share with you because I am really excited about some of the things happening at Redemption Church!

Lives Changed By Jesus: Last Sunday as we completed the Overwhelmed Series, we got to witness something incredible!  Last Sunday we saw three people make public professions of  faith in Christ!

For those of you who serve, contribute, partner with us, or pray for us; you are making a difference.  God is using your efforts to change lives!  Join us in praising God for the lives we saw changed last week!

Church For The Whole Family:  Once we set out to start a new church from scratch, it was really important to us that Redemption Church would be a church for the whole family. Not only do we do church as a family, we want to create age appropriate environments where people can interact with the truth of scripture, connect with other people, and grow in their walk with Christ.  Redemption Church is a place where kids, parents, singles, and grandparents can belong, believe, and become.

With that said, I am really excited about our Children’s Ministry.  Last week they wrapped up the “Suit Up Series” and invited all the kids to come dressed up in their superhero gear as they played fun games, made super hero capes, and went over each piece of the armor of God that they have been talking about for the last few weeks. My kids are still talking about it, and are still running around in the capes they made.

This week the Children’s Ministry is beginning a brand new series on Gratitude.  If you are looking for a local church that will know your kid(s) by name, and strives to provide them with one of the best hours of their week while teaching them about Jesus, I would invite you to check out Redemption Church this Sunday!

New Series Begins This Sunday: This Sunday, we are kicking off a brand new series called “Thanks Living“.

About this time every year we prepare for Thanksgiving.  A time when we get together with family and friends, eat a huge meal we later regret, and watch some football. But what if we are missing the point?  What if being thankful wasn’t about what we already have, getting more stuff, or what we are currently feeling? What if gratitude was really about God and His power and presence in our lives.  What if giving thanks had the power to change our lives, draw us closer to God, and lead us to a life of blessing?

You are invited to join us on November 15th as we discover how to become more thankful people and develop “thanks living”.

If you want to get ahead, start reading Colossians 2:1-8.

New Opportunity To Make A Difference Locally and Globally:  This week we had the opportunity to partner with a new organization that will help us make difference both locally and globally. I am really excited about this because it is so easy, and yet makes such a huge impact. Don’t be late, don’t miss announcements, because you do not want to miss this.

I know I left you hanging…..but seriously this is going to be good!
